DRAMA- Theatre Practitioner- Lesson 1- 14th April 2020

 LQ: What is a Theatre Practitioner?  & Who is Bertolt Brecht?
Outcomes:
1. Understand the role of theatre practitioners

2. know who Bertolt Brecht is.


1. What is a theatre practitioner?
A theatre practitioner is a person who creates theatrical shows. Theatre practitioners may just be a dramatist (the person who writes the play/ show), an actor, a director or even a designer. 

2. What do you know about Bertolt Brecht? Bullet point.    Or write 5 words that describe him.
Bertolt Brecht was born in Germany in 1898, Bertolt studied medicine and served in an army hospital all while World War 1. After World War 1 he started to question the society and politics, so then his playwriting lead him to include facts about politics. 

3. What would you like to find out about him? Come up with two questions.
How did his opinion on politics change? 
Why was he so judged in Germany that it made him want to move to America?

Nose  12/2/20  I wasn't in school for the nose lesson but I tried drawing one at home and... WWW:  I tried to get the shape of the nose. EBI:  I was very off with the shading and I wish I was in school to get clear instructions on how to properly draw and shade the nose.
